Es lebe der 1. Mai, der Tag der Einheit, des Kampfes und der Solidarität der internationalen Arbeiterklasse. Der 1. Mai, an dem jährlich Arbeiter*innen auf der ganzen Welt ihre Forderungen mit verschiedenen Aktionen zum Ausdruck bringen, wird dieses Jahr aufgrund der Einschränkungen wegen des Coronavirus an jedem Ort gefeiert. Jeder Arbeitsplatz, jedes Haus, jeder Balkon und jede Straße wird dieses Jahr zum Festplatz des 1. Mai werden.
Arbeiter*innen und Werktätige werden am stärksten von den Folgen des Coronavirus betroffen sein, das die ganze Welt betrifft. Insbesondere die mehr als 2 Milliarden Arbeiter*innen, die unter flexiblen Arbeitsbedingungen arbeiten, werden zurzeit stärker betroffen sein. Während voraussichtlich rund 25 Millionen Arbeiter*innen ihren Job verlieren werden, werden ebenso viele aufgrund der ergriffenen Maßnahmen und die damit einhergehende Kurzarbeit dazu gezwungen werden, an der Armutsgrenze zu leben. Auf den Punkt gebracht, bedeutet dies: Während den Konzernen der Gewinnmaximierung wegen finanzielle Hilfspakete angeboten werden, werden sich die Arbeiter*innen mit Armut und prekären Arbeitsbedingungen zufrieden stellen müssen.
Das größte Beispiel für die Privatisierungspolitik des kapitalistischen Systems, die sich im letzten Viertel des 20. Jahrhunderts intensivierte, und für die Missachtung des Menschenlebens, wird im Gesundheitssystem erlebt. Während sich das Gesundheitssystem auf das menschliche Leben konzentrieren und sichere Arbeitsbedingungen für die in diesem Bereich Beschäftigten schaffen sollte, ist es zu einem Bereich der Ausbeutung von Arbeitskräften geworden, in dem der Kapitalismus eine Politik des Profits verfolgt. Die weltweit ungefähr 100 Millionen Menschen, die im Gesundheitssektor arbeiten und von denen 70% Frauen sind, werden zu dieser Zeit am stärksten betroffen sein. Dieser Sektor, in dem mehrheitlich Frauen arbeiten, ist auch gleichzeitig der Ort, an dem weibliche Arbeitskräfte am meisten ausgebeutet werden und Lohn- und Chancenungleichheiten am stärksten auftreten. In dieser Branche, in der sich flexible und billige Arbeitskräfte häufen, werden den Mitarbeiter*innen, die das höchste Infektionsrisiko tragen, nicht ausreichend Schutzmaterialien bereitgestellt. In vielen Ländern kamen aufgrund der Unzulänglichkeit sicherer Schutzmaterialien insbesondere Professor*innen, Ärzt*innen, Krankenpfleger*innen und anderes Gesundheitspersonal rums Leben …
Wir sind heute mit einer Migrationswelle konfrontiert, da fast 60 Millionen Menschen weltweit dazu gezwungen sind, ihre Heimatländer zu verlassen. Millionen Geflüchtete, die nach Europa auswandern müssen, sind aufgrund der unsicheren Fluchtrouten dem Tod ausgeliefert. In vielen Ländern sind die Kapazitäten der Flüchtlingsunterkünfte gesprengt worden, die Hygienebedingungen sind miserabel. Aus diesem Grund sind Tausende von Geflüchteten der Gefahr ausgesetzt, sich mit dem Coronavirus zu infizieren. Obwohl es eine große Anzahl von Kindern, älteren Menschen, Schwangeren und Menschen gibt, die sich leichter infizieren können, werden sie weiterhin unter den gleichen Bedingungen gehalten und die Regierungen ergreifen keine weiteren Maßnahmen.
Bleib am 1. Mai in Aktion
In vielen Ländern werden die 1.Mai Aktionen, insbesondere in den europäischen Ländern abgesagt, doch wir müssen jeden Lebensbereich in “1.Mai Aktionen” verwandeln. Wir werden einen Prozess durchlaufen, indem sich die Angriffe gegen Arbeiter*innen intensivieren werden. Um den sozialen Kampf dagegen zu entwickeln, müssen wir im Zuge des Bankrotts des kapitalistischen Systems jeden Lebensbereich zum Festplatz des 1. Mai verwandeln. Lasst uns unseren Kampf gegen den Kapitalismus und gegen die Ausbeutung mit aller Kraft erweitern und die internationale Solidarität der Arbeiterklasse verstärken. Der 1.Mai, ein Tag an dem die internationale Arbeiterklasse den Kampf vergrößert hat, ein Tag an dem die Organisation der Arbeiterklasse und der Werktätigen sichtbar geworden ist und dies wird sich auch nicht ändern. Wir stellen uns dem Aufruf ,,Bleib zu Hause” entgegen, unser Aufruf lautet: BLEIB AM 1. MAI IN AKTION!

- Zahlt Arbeiter*innen, die von der Arbeit befreit sind, den vollen Lohn!
- Schafft für alle Arbeiter*innen sichere Arbeitsbedingungen!
- Stellt den Arbeiter*innen in der Gesundheitsbranche angemessenes Schutzmaterial zur Verfügung und leistet zusätzliche Zahlungen während dieser Pandemie!
- Reduziert die Arbeitszeit von Frauen, die im Homeoffice arbeiten müssen!
- Macht die unsichtbare Arbeit von Frauen sichtbar!
- Schließt die Unterkünfte von Geflüchteten und gibt ihnen ein sicheres Zuhause und ein Aufenthaltsrecht!

1 Mayıs, Enternasyonal Dayanışma Günüdür!
Uluslararası işçi sınıfının Birlik, Mücadele ve Dayanışma günü olan 1 Mayıs, tüm işçi ve emekçilere kutlu olsun. Tüm dünyada işçilerin taleplerini çeşitli eylemlerle dile getirdiği 1 Mayıs’ta, bu yıl korona virüsü nedeniyle sokak eylemlerinin kısıtlanmasından kaynaklı, her yer kutlama alanlarına çevrilecektir. Her iş yeri, her ev, her balkon ve sokak bu yıl 1 Mayıs’ın kutlama alanı olacaktır.
Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan korona virüsünün sonuçlarından en çok etkilenenler işçi ve emekçiler olacaktır. Özellikle de sayıları 2 milyarı geçen ve esnek çalışma koşullarında çalışan işçi ve emekçiler bu süreçte daha çok etkilenecektir. Korona virüsü sürecinde yaklaşık 25 milyon işçinin işsizler ordusuna katılması beklenirken, alınan önlem paketleri gereği, uygulanan kısa çalışma koşullarında milyonlarca insan daha az ücret alarak, fakirlik sınırının altında yaşamak zorunda kalacaktır. Özcesi; mali yardım paketleri tekellerin kârlarını arttırmak için sunulurken, işçi ve emekçilerin payına düşen de yoksulluk ve güvencesiz işçilik olacaktır.
Kapitalist sistemin 20. yüzyılın son çeyreğinde yoğunlaşarak sürdürdüğü özelleştirme politikalarının, insan hayatını hiçe saydığının en büyük örneği sağlık sisteminde yaşanmaktadır. Sağlık sistemi, insan yaşamını ve bu alanda çalışanların güvenlikli çalışma koşullarını yaratmayı merkezine alması gerekirken, kapitalizmin “daha fazla kâr” politikalarıyla emek sömürüsünün en yoğun yaşandığı alanlar haline geldi. Dünyada yaklaşık 100 milyon insanın çalıştığı ve bunların yüzde 70’ni kadınların oluşturduğu sağlık alanındaki işçi ve emekçiler, bu süreçte en çok etkilenenler olacaktır. Kadın çalışanların yoğunlukta olduğu bu sektör, aynı zamanda kadın emeğinin en çok sömürüldüğü, ücret ve şans eşitsizliğinin en yoğun yaşandığı alandır. Esnek ve ucuz iş gücünün yoğunluklu olduğu bu sektörde, virüsün bulaşma riskiyle en fazla karşı karşıya olan çalışanlar için, güvenlikli korunma malzemeleri yeterince temin edilememektedir. Bir çok ülkede profösörler, doktorlar, hemşireler başta olmak üzere; sağlık çalışanları, güvenlikli korunma malzemelerinin yetersizliğinden kaynaklı yaşamlarını yitirdiler…
Günümüzde dünya çapında yaklaşık 60 milyon insanın, kendi ülkelerinde yaşamlarını sürdüremedikleri için, sürekli bir göç dalgasının yaşandığı gerçekliğiyle karşı karşıyayız. Özellikle de Avrupa’ya göç etmek durumunda olan milyonlarca mülteci, göç yollarında yaşamlarını yitirmekteler… Birçok ülkede mültecilerin kaldığı barınma alanları (kamplar), kapasitesinin çok üstünde ve hijyen koşullarının sağlanmamasından kaynaklı, binlerce mülteci korona virüsü riskiyle karşı karşıyadır. İçinde yoğun sayıda çocuk, yaşlı, gebe kadın ve hastalık kapma riski taşıyan insanların olmasına rağmen, halen aynı koşullarda tutulmakta, hükümetler hala gerekli önlemleri almamaktadırlar…
1 Mayıs’ta Eylemde Kal
Başta Avrupa ülkeleri olmak üzere, bir çok ülkede sendika konfederasyonlarının, 1 Mayıs kutlamalarını iptal ettiği bu süreçte, bizler hayatın her alanını 1 Mayıs alanına çevirmeliyiz. İşçi ve emekçilere yönelik saldırıların yoğunlaşacağı bir süreç bizi bekliyor. Buna karşı toplumsal mücadeleyi geliştirmek, Kapitalist sistemin iflasının ortaya çıktığı bu süreçte, ona bir tekme daha vurmak için, her alanı 1 Mayıs’ı kutlama alanına çevirmeliyiz… Kapitalizme ve sömürüye karşı mücadeleyi büyütmek, işçi sınıfının enternasyonal dayanışmasını geliştirmek için tüm gücümüzle mücadeleyi büyütelim. 1 Mayıs; uluslararası işçi sınıfının mücadeleyi büyüttüğü, işçi sınıfının ve emekçilerin örgütlülüğünün görünür kılındığı bir gündür ve öyle de kalacaktır. May Day is a day of International Solidarity!
Happy May Day, day of Unity, Struggle and Solidarity of the international working class, to all workers and laborers. The biggest example of the privatization policies of the capitalist system, which intensified in the last quarter of the 20th century is experienced in the health system which the human life is disregarded. While the healthcare system must focus on human life and creating safe working conditions for those working in this field, it has become the areas of labour exploitation with capitalism’s “more profit” policies. Workers and laborers in the field of health, where approximately 100 million people work of which 70% of them are women, will be the most affected in this process. This sector, where female employees are concentrated, is also the area where female labour is exploited the most and wage and opportunity inequality is experienced the most. In this sector, where the flexible and cheap workforce is concentrated, personal protection equipment is not sufficiently provided for employees who are most at risk of infection. In many countries, especially professors, doctors, nurses; healthcare professionals lost their lives due to lack of personal protection equipment.
Today, we are faced with the reality that there is a constant wave of immigration, as approximately 60 million people worldwide cannot continue living in their own countries. Millions of refugees, especially those who try to migrate to Europe, are losing their lives on migration routes…In many countries, the refugee camps are far over the capacity and thousands of refugees face the risk of corona virus due to the lack of hygiene. Despite the large number of children, elderly, pregnant women, and people at risk of disease, they are kept in the same conditions, and governments still do not take the necessary action…
Stay Action on May Day!
Due to Covid-19, in which union confederations in many countries, especially in European countries, cancel the May Day celebrations, we should turn every area of life into May Day celebrations. A process in which attacks on workers and laborers will intensify is waiting for us. In order to develop the social struggle against this and in the process of the bankruptcy of the Capitalist system, we must turn every field into the celebration of May Day go inflict another blow on the system… We shall grow the struggle with all our strength to enlarge the struggle against capitalism and exploitation and to develop the international solidarity of the working class.
