Am Abend des 19. Februars wurde gegen 22 Uhr ein bewaffneter Angriff auf zwei Schischabars in Hanau, einer deutschen Stadt in Hessen, verübt, die größtenteils von migrantischen Jugendlichen besucht wurden. Bei diesem Angriff wurden neun Personen aus verschiedenen Herkunftsländern ermordet und mehrere Personen teilweise schwer verletzt.
Unterschiedlichen Presseangaben zufolge sind unter den Ermordeten Migrant*innen aus Kurdistan, der Türkei, aus Polen, Rumänien und Bosnien.
Kurz nach diesem mörderischen Überfall fand die Polizei den Täter sowie seine 76-jährige Mutter in der gemeinsamen Wohnung tot auf. In einem Bekennerschreiben verlautbarte er, dass man zwischenzeitlich zu spät dran sei, und manche „Völker“ nicht mehr aus Deutschland ausweisen könne, und diese daher vernichten müsse.
Obwohl in Deutschland bereits seit Jahren einige rechte und offen faschistische Parteien sich organisieren, sieht der deutsche Staat nicht vor, Schritte gegen diese einzuleiten. Etliche Male bereits wurde in der Presse bekannt, dass diese Organisationen sich auf den sogenannten Tag X vorbereiten würden und Angriffspläne gegen Migrant*innen sowie gegen Personen, die für die Rechte von Migrant*innen eintreten, vorbereiten würden. Es ist durchaus bekannt, dass der Tag X der Tag sein soll, an dem sie einen bewaffneten Übergriff planen, an dem sie auch die Regierung erobern wollen. Beweise hierfür wurden nicht zuletzt bei den jüngsten Hausdurchsuchungen sowie durch die Schreiben der Gruppierung Combat 18 gesichert. In den vergangenen Jahren gab es bereits hunderte Angriffe von Faschisten gegen Migrant*innen. Bei vielen dieser Vorfälle wurde der rassistische Hintergrund bewusst heruntergespielt.
Der Verantwortliche dieses rassistischen Mordens in Hanau ist der deutsche Staat!
In dem Moment, in dem dieser Angriff publik wurde, verlor der deutsche Staat Krokodilstränen. Doch uns ist durchaus bewusst, dass dies kein Einzelfall war, sondern dass der Verantwortliche für diesen Angriff der deutsche Staat ist. Es ist nämlich bekannt, dass wir einen Rechtsruck in Europa erleben, der nicht zuletzt vom deutschen Staat mit vorangetrieben wird. Es ist nämlich bekannt, dass sich innerhalb des deutschen Verfassungsschutzes Nazis befinden und dass Richter sowie Rechtsanwält*innen, die Prozesse gegen rassistische Angriffe und ähnliches führen, mehrfach Morddrohungen erhalten haben. Auch sind die Angriffe gegen die Synagoge in Halle sowie der Mord des Kasseler Regierungspräsidenten Lübcke nicht allzu lange her…
Regierungen greifen regelmäßig zu einer Teile-und Herrsche-Politik, um die Arbeiter*innenklasse und somit ihre Bewegung und Stärke zu spalten, damit sie dann jegliche demokratische Rechte angreifen und zurücknehmen können. Nicht nur deshalb werden insbesondere Migrant*innen und Geflüchtete in den Medien als schwarze Schafe der Gesellschaft präsentiert. Auch wird seit längerem versucht, Geflüchtete des Landes zu verweisen – hierfür wird in der Gesellschaft ein passendes Klima zu verbreiten versucht. Ausländergesetze, die nicht ohnehin schon rassistische motiviert sowie diskriminierend sind, werden immer weiter verschärft und somit der Nährboden für rassistische sowie faschistische Angriffe vorbereitet. Auch deshalb ist der deutsche Staat für die Angriffe in Hanau verantwortlich!
Wir schweigen nicht, wir bleiben nicht ruhig!
Wir als ATIK rufen dazu auf, diesen Angriffen gegenüber nicht ruhig zu bleiben, sondern dem zunehmenden Faschismus sowie Rassismus zum Trotz für die Klassensolidarität einzutreten und als antifaschistische, antikapitalistische Personen auf die Straßen zu gehen! Zudem möchten wir den Familien der Ermordeten unser Beileid ausdrücken und wünschen den Verletzten eine gute und schnelle Genesung.

NOUS CONDAMNONS LE MASSACRE RACİSTE À HANAU
Mercredi soir 19 février à 22h00, une attaque armée a été perpétrée dans un chicha bar où des jeunes migrants et réfugiés se sont rendus à la ville de Hanau, la région Hessen en Allemagne. De nombreuses personnes qui ont été blessé et 9 personnes dont une femme sont décédées lors de l’attaque. Selon les informations données par la presse, parmi les personnes qui ont perdu leurs vies, il y a des jeunes originaires kurde, turque, roumain et bosniaque.
Après l’incident, la police a trouvé le suspect et sa mère de 76 ans morts pendant le raid à la maison de la personne qu’elle avait identifiée comme suspecte. Dans la lettre laissée par le suspect, il a été noté que „il est maintenant trop tard pour renvoyer certains peuples qui vivent en Allemagne, il faut les détruire„.
Bien que les partis fascistes de droite soient organisés ouvertement et secrètement depuis de nombreuses années en Allemagne, l’État n’a jamais les touché. Ces gangs fascistes se sont répétés à plusieurs reprises dans la presse qu’ils se préparaient à attaquer les migrants et les politiciens qui défendaient les droits des immigrants et travaillaient pour X jours. On savait qu’ils se préparaient à une insurrection armée pour le jour où ils prendraient le pouvoir donc le jour X. Enfin, cela était clairement évident lors de l’attaque de la Synagogue à Halle. Ils ont également été prouvés une fois de plus lors de récentes perquisitions à domicile et dans les documents saisis de l’organisation Combat 18. Il y a eu des centaines d’attaques contre des immigrants en Allemagne ces dernières années. Beaucoup de ces événements ont été reflétés comme des événements individuels et couverts.
Le massacre raciste à Hanau n’est pas un incident individuel, mais l’État allemand en est responsable.
Avec l’attaque qui a trouvé une place à la presse, les autorités de l’État allemand commençaient déjà à verser des larmes de crocodile… Cependant, nous savons que cette attaque n’est pas un incident individuel, mais l’État allemand en est responsable. Les organisations racistes et extrême droite montantes en Europe qui ont été nourris par les États et l’État chef Allemagne, les nazis qui se trouvent parmi les forces de police allemande, et même des lettres de menace aux juges et aux avocats qui sont chargés d’affaire de tel cas figuraient parmi les nouvelles de la presse à plusieurs reprises. Ce ne fut pas trop longtemps après l’attaque de la synagogue de Halle en Allemagne et le meurtre du politicien à Kassel.
L’expansion des politiques racistes et fascistes est souvent la méthode utilisée par les États pour diviser et supprimer l’opposition sociale créées par mécontentement social et contre les attaques aux droits démocratiques. En particulier, c’est une raison importante pour que les réfugiés migrants soient exposés dans la presse. Ils essaient de se forger une opinion publique selon laquelle les réfugiés et les immigrants devraient être renvoyés dans leur pays d’origine depuis longtemps. Aujourd’hui, avec les changements apportés aux lois sur les immigrants et les réfugiés en Allemagne, les organisations et institutions racistes de droite, qui sont renforcées par des politiques racistes et discriminatoires sont alimentées par l’État allemand aujourd’hui ainsi que par l’histoire. Par conséquent, l’État allemand est responsable de ce massacre.

WE CONDEMN THE RACIST MASSACRE IN HANAU!
An armed attack was carried out on two hookah cafes where migrant and refugee youths went to in Hanau, in the state of Hessen, Germany, on Wednesday evening, February 19, at 22:00. In the attacks, of different nationalities died 9 people while a large number of people, one of them a women, were injured. According to the information given by the press, those youths who lost their lives has their origins from Kurdistan, Turkey, Poland, Romania and Bosnia… After the incident, the police found the suspect and his 76-year-old mother as dead in the raid on the house of the person whom they had identified as the suspect. In the letter left by the suspect, it was noted that „It is now too late to driwe out some peoples in Germany, therefore it is necessary to destroy them“.
Although the right-fascist parties have been organized openly and secretly for many years in Germany, the state has never touched them. It was reflected in the press that these fascist gangs were preparing to attack migrants and politicians who defend the rights of immigrants and worked for the X day. It was known that they were in preparation for armed uprising for the day X, the day when they would take the power. Finally, this was clearly evident in the Synagogue attack in Halle. This have also been proven once again in recent house raids and in the seized documents of the Combat 18 organization. The Racist Massacre in Hanau is not an Individual Incident, the Responsible is the German State;

The spread of racist, fascist policies is often the method used by states to divide and suppress social opposition that formes from attacks and social discontent against democratic rights. There’s been trying to form a public opinion that migrant refugees should be sent back to their countries of origin in a long time. Today, with the continuous changes made in immigrant and refugee laws in Germany, right-wing, racist organizations and institutions, which are fed through rightist, racist, discriminatory policies against refugees, are today fed by the German state like it was as their history. Therefore, the German State is responsible for this massacre.

HANAU’DAKİ IRKÇI KATLİAMI KINIYIROZU!
Almanya’nın Hessen Eyaleti’ne bağlı Hanau kentinde, 19 Şubat Çarşamba akşamı saat 22.00 sıralarında, göçmen ve mülteci gençlerin gittiği iki nargile kafeye silahlı saldırı düzenlendi. Saldırılarda farklı milliyetlerden birisi kadın, 9 kişi yaşamını yitirirken, çok sayıda insan yaralandı. Basının verdiği bilgilere göre, yaşamını yitirenlerin arasında Kürdistan, Türkiye, Polonya, Romanya ve Bosna kökenli gençler var…
Olayın akabinde polisin, olayın zanlısı olarak belirlediği kişinin evine yaptığı baskında, zanlıyı ve yanında 76 yaşındaki annesini de ölü olarak buldu. Zanlının bıraktığı mektupta “Almanya’da bazı halkları kovmak için artık geç kalındığından, onları yok etmek gerekir’ yazdığı kaydedildi.
Almanya’da uzun yıllardır sağcı-faşist partiler açık ve gizli şekilde örgütlenmesine rağmen, devlet hiç bir şekilde dokunmamıştır. Bu faşist çetelerin, göçmenlere ve göçmenlerin haklarını savunan politikacılara yönelik saldırı hazırlığı içinde oldukları ve X günü için çalıştıkları defalarda basına yansımıştı. X günü, yani iktidarı ele geçirecekleri gün için silahlı ayaklanma hazırlığı içinde oldukları bilinmekteydi. Son olarak Halle’deki Sinagog saldırısında bu net bir şekilde ortaya çıkmıştı. Ayrıca kısa süre önce yapılan ev baskınları ve gene Combat 18 örgütünün ele geçirilen belgelerinde bunlar bir kez daha ispatlanmıştır. Almanya’da son yıllarda göçmenlere yönelik sağcılar tarafından yüzlerce saldırı olmuştur. Bunların bir çoğu münferit olay olarak yansıtılmış, üstü kapatılmıştır.

Saldırının basına yansımasıyla birlikte, Alman Devlet yetkilileri timsah gözyaşları dökmeye başlamışlardı bile… Ancak bu saldırının münferit bir olay olmadığının, sorumlusunun Alman Devleti olduğunun bilincindeyiz… Avrupa’da yükselen sağcı, ırkçı örgütlerin bizzat devletler eliyle beslendiği, bunun başını Almanya’nın çektiği, Alman polis teşkilatı içinde nazilerin bulunduğu, bu tür saldırı davalarına bakan hakim ve avukatlara dahi tehdit mektuplarının geldiği çok kez basına yansıyan haberler arasında yer aldı… Almanya Halle’deki Sinagoga yönelik saldırı ve Kasel’deki politikacının öldürülmesinin üzerinden de çok zaman geçmedi.
Demokratik haklara yönelik saldırılar ve toplumsal hoşnutsuzluklar sonucu oluşan toplumsal muhalefeti bölüp parçalayarak bastırmak için, çoğu kez devletlerin başvurduğu yöntemdir ırkçı, faşizan politikaların yaygınlaştırılması. Özellikle göçmen mültecilerin sürekli basından teşhir edilmesi bunun önemli sebeplerindendir. Göçmen mültecilerin geldikleri ülkelere geri gönderilmesi gerektiği üzerinde kamuoyu oluşturulmaya çalışılmaktadır uzun zaman. Bugün Almanya’da da sürekli göçmen ve mülteci yasalarında yapılan değişikliklerle, mültecilere yönelik ırkçı, ayrımcı politikalar üzerinden beslenen sağcı, ırkçı örgüt ve kurumlar, tarihler boyudur olduğu gibi bugün de Alman devleti eliyle beslenmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu katliamın sorumlusu da Alman Devletidir.
